Infii is a standalone application, requiring no account creation or login. You can simply download it and start using it immediately.
In addition, Infii operates by integrating advanced AI models and APIs. These include both third-party large language models (LLMs) and proprietary systems. By leveraging these AI technologies, Infii can interpret your requests, adapt to context, and generate outputs that feel natural, accurate, and helpful.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Innovana Techlabs Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of Infii (the “Service” or “Infii”). Your use of Infii is at your own risk and responsibility, and you are solely responsible for your actions when using the Services. Innovana Techlabs will not be liable for any actions or consequences arising from your use of Infii.
We offer annual as well as monthly subscription to our users that begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. The subscription or services will automatically renew for the same price and duration as the original subscription package chosen by you unless you turn off/cancel its auto-renewal.
Your purchase is charged through the App Store and tied to your Apple ID. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Thus, if you do not want to auto-renew the subscription, you need to cancel the subscription at least 24-hours before the end of the existing subscription period. You may cancel the auto-renewal by following these steps:
Note: You will continue to have access to Infii’s premium features until the end of your current billing period, even after cancellation.
Infii does not directly process or control billing charges. You accept and agree that all the billing and transaction processes are handled by the App Store Provider from whose platform you have downloaded the app and are governed by the respective App Store or Payment Provider’s terms and conditions/EULA. In case of any issues related to payment with In-App Purchases, please contact the App Store/Payment Provider directly.
Infii and its Services are not intended for diagnosing, treating, or managing any medical condition. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations if you use Infii in any medical or healthcare-related context.

Our software leverages advanced AI models to perform tasks on your Mac. These models operate within defined capacity and performance constraints. As a result, usage limits apply to all plans, including Pro subscriptions.
While Pro plans provide higher usage thresholds, priority access, and enhanced features, they do not offer unlimited usage. Limits may apply to factors such as the number of AI actions, task frequency, processing volume, or overall usage within a given period.
Some features of Infii may be incomplete, unstable, or temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You acknowledge and accept that your access may be interrupted or restricted, and you use the Service at your own risk.
From time to time, we may provide updates, upgrades, patches, or new releases to enhance the functionality, performance, or security of Infii. By using the Service, you consent to automatic updates and acknowledge that some updates may alter or remove features. You are responsible for maintaining device compatibility and ensuring that you have sufficient storage and system requirements to support these updates.
Infii may integrate with third-party applications, APIs, or services to provide certain functionalities, including but not limited to OpenAI language models, MacUtil, or Safari browser services. Your use of such third-party integrations may be subject to separate terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or compliance of third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk.

By submitting feedback, you grant Innovana Techlabs Limited a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, incorporate, and improve the Service based on your feedback, without obligation or compensation to you.
Unless otherwise indicated, all aspects of Infii and its Services are the proprietary property of Innovana Techlabs Limited or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and other content available through the Services (collectively, “Content”), as well as the structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel,” and arrangement of such Content.

By submitting Content, you affirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to do so.
You retain ownership of the Input you provide. Similarly, you own the Outputs generated by Infii from your Inputs. These Terms and all claims arising from or related to your use of the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. These Terms will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if applicable.
With respect to any disputes or claims not subject to arbitration (as set forth below), you agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts in India. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
All the proceedings related to this agreement will be settled under the state court located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Nevertheless, if any provision in this agreement is found invalid by any other court of competent jurisdiction, then all the other provisions except that will continue to be valid in full force and effect. Innovana Techlabs Limited shall not dispense any term of this agreement under any circumstances.
Infii and its Services are made available to you “as-is”. By using Infii, you acknowledge that the Services are experimental and may contain errors or limitations.
Except where prohibited by law, Innovana Techlabs Limited, its affiliates, and licensors make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any reliance on outputs generated by Infii is solely at your own risk. Outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a definitive source of truth, or a substitute for professional advice such as legal, medical, financial, or other specialized guidance. Users are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying any information provided by the Service before acting upon it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovana Techlabs Limited shall not be liable for any personal injury, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use—or inability to use—Infii or its Services. This includes, without limitation, damages related to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, loss or corruption of data or content, service interruptions or downtime, use of third-party applications or integrations in conjunction with Infii.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory—whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—and even if Innovana has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for personal injury or certain types of damages, so parts of this limitation may not apply to you. However, Innovana’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to your use of Infii or its Services shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
These limitations apply even if any stated remedy fails to achieve its essential purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innovana Techlabs Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers (collectively, “Indemnitees”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”), arising out of or related to:
You are responsible for the defense of any Claim brought against an Indemnitee, though the Indemnitee may participate in the defense with its own legal counsel at its expense. You may not settle any Claim on behalf of an Indemnitee or incur any obligation for an Indemnitee without our prior written consent.
Evolution of Services: Infii is an evolving platform. Features, functionality, and service offerings may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features, adjust capacity, introduce new Services, or discontinue existing Services at our discretion.
Assignment of Rights: You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. Innovana Techlabs Limited may transfer or assign its rights and obligations to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in interest without affecting your rights. If you disagree with such changes, you have the right to discontinue using Infii at any time.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
